12:06:26 PM Belgrade City-County Planner Jason Karp Staff report, noting the correct spelling of Degen. Suggested change for condition #11, to read as follows: The road easement shown on the preliminary plat for MacGregor Road shall be public road easements and shown on the final plat and a turn around to county standards as approved by the Belgrade Fire Department shall be constructed.

12:22:09 PM Commissioner Skinner Finding that the Madison Minor Subdivision complies with survey requirements of Montana Subdivision and Platting Act, it complies with local subdivision regulations, it complies with 76-3-608 MCA and determining that the subdivision has little effect on wildlife or wildlife habitat, little effect on public health and safety, local services, natural environment, little effect on agriculture, and finding that it does have minimal effect on an agricultural water user facility. I move that we approve the Madison Minor Subdivision with the recommended conditions in the staff report.
